Civil service has been one of the main concerns of all governments, because it is a key piece to achieve changes and improvements in the provision of public services. Also, public servants are the cover letter of the public sector.
It is therefore, important to have bureaucrats capable of giving a better attention to the public, and of acting with honesty and transparency. Following this demand, it is necessary to formalize a Civil Service program for the Mexican government. In this section, a series of documents present reflections and important comments to improve public servants` performance.
